1. Nature of Our Products

All golf balls sold on www.lagoballs.pl are used (lake ball) products. Each ball has been retrieved, cleaned, and graded. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the pre-owned nature of all items.

2. Product Grading System

Every ball listed on our website is assigned one of the following grades:

A+ Premium quality. At most a minor, barely visible marking or scratches. Suitable for competitive play.
A Excellent quality. At most one marking with no significant wear. Suitable for competitive play.
B Good quality. May have several markings. Ideal for practice rounds and casual play.

Grade descriptions are provided in good faith and reflect our honest assessment. Slight variations within a grade are inherent to the nature of used goods.

3. No-Return Policy

Due to the pre-owned nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched, except in the cases described in Section 4 below.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

You have read and understood the applicable product grade description;
You accept that minor imperfections consistent with the stated grade are not grounds for a return;
You agree to the no-return policy for used goods.

4. Exceptions — Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Items

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

You received items that do not match your order (wrong product, wrong grade, or wrong quantity);
The item arrived in a condition significantly worse than described, beyond normal variation within the stated grade.

How to Report an Issue

To be eligible for a refund under this policy, you must:

Contact us at info@lagoballs.pl within 14 days of delivery;
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue;
Attach photographs clearly showing the defect or incorrect item(s).

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If the claim is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable EU or Polish consumer protection law, including your rights under Directive 2011/83/EU and the Polish Civil Code. Where a conflict exists between this policy and mandatory law, the mandatory law will prevail.
